Timepe ERP Private Limited ("we", "us", "our") is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for subscriptions and services purchased through the Timepe ERP platform.

2.Free Trial

●Timepe ERP offers a 14-day free trial for new users.

●No payment information is required to start the free trial.

●At the end of the trial period, you must choose a paid plan to continue using the service.

●No charges are applied during the free trial period.

3.Subscription Refunds

●Monthly Plans: If you cancel your monthly subscription within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal, you may be eligible for a full refund.

●Annual Plans: If you cancel your annual subscription within 15 days of the initial purchase, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of the subscription.

●Refund requests must be submitted by contacting our support team at support@timepeservice.com.

●Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.

4.Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

●Subscriptions cancelled after the refund window (7 days for monthly, 15 days for annual).

●Add-on services or premium features purchased separately.

●Custom development or configuration services.

●Data migration or setup assistance services.

●Partial usage periods beyond the refund window.

●If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

6.Processing Time

●Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days of submission.

●Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

●Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

●UPI and net banking refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

7.Cancellation Policy

●You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

●Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

●You will retain access to the service until the end of the paid period.

●No partial refunds are issued for cancellations made after the refund window.

●Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.

8.Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

●Service outages lasting more than 48 consecutive hours.

●Billing errors or duplicate charges.

●Features that were promised but not delivered as described.

●Inability to access the service due to technical issues on our end that cannot be resolved.
