•*Usage Data:** IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, features used, session duration, and interaction patterns within the application.

•*Device Information:** Operating system, device model, screen resolution, and app version when using our mobile applications.

2.How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

•Service Delivery: To provide cloud accounting, invoicing, inventory management, and reporting features.

•GST Compliance: To auto-fill GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, generate e-Invoices, create e-Way Bills, and facilitate direct filing on the GST portal.

•Customer Support: To respond to your queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical assistance.

•Analytics & Improvement: To understand usage patterns and improve our product features and user experience.
