We collect the following types of information when you use Timpe ERP: **Personal Data:** Name, email address, phone number, business name, GST Identification Number (GSTIN), PAN, business address, and other details you provide during registration. **Financial & GST Data:** Invoice data, purchase records, expense entries, bank reconciliation data, GST return data, e-Invoice and e-Way Bill information, and other accounting records you enter into the platform. **Usage Data:** IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, features used, session duration, and interaction patterns within the application. **Device Information:** Operating system, device model, screen resolution, and app version when using our mobile applications.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes: • **Service Delivery:** To provide cloud accounting, invoicing, inventory management, and reporting features. • **GST Compliance:** To auto-fill GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, generate e-Invoices, create e-Way Bills, and facilitate direct filing on the GST portal. • **Customer Support:** To respond to your queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical assistance. • **Analytics & Improvement:** To understand usage patterns and improve our product features and user experience. • **Marketing Communications:** To send product updates, new feature announcements, and promotional offers (with your consent).
